Soulink - Tactical Combat TTRPG

Welcome to Soulink, the first TTRPG that adapts the dynamic combat of Dark Souls and Monster Hunter to its fullest potential. Move your character mid creature strikes to dodge lethal blows, manage your dice pool to cast powerful custom made spells and enjoy the beautiful blend of both narrative and mechanics.

What You Can Expect In Soulink

What Soulink is not...

Soulink is not built for non-combat RPGs. Although, the game can still be played without combat and I encourage GMs to do so when setting up a big encounter, Soulink main draw is its combat mechanics.

Soulink might come across at times as a GM vs Player RPG, especially if the GM choose to handle it in that route. I highly advise GMs to not be antagonistic but yet choose to deliver the most exciting and challenging experience for their players.

What Its Missing Currently In Pre-Development

Due to the massive amount of content and possibilities for player powers. Certain abilities will be broken and overtuned. I hope that by releasing my game to the public for an early access, I will get players to get a taste of the game first before I slowly mend the numbers throughout the years. Other than that, the game is mostly playable and here are the following features that are yet to be included:

  • Main Story Line 
  • In-depth Stress Disorders
  • A robust monster manual (several creatures are already available)
  • Crafting system
  • Starter Adventure with prebuilt characters
  • And more...

What you need to play Soulink

Soulink is a D6 based game. The only dice used in this game will be 6-sided dice. Each player is recommended to have at least 4 or more 6 sided dice preferably of a standard size. 

Soulink also requires a gridded map and tokens/minis to indicate player and creature. Soulink cannot be played in theatre of the mind due to how its dynamic combat functions.
